Most of my clients find it convenient to have virtual, one-on-one health coaching from the comfort and convenience of their own homes. My secure telehealth platform provides privacy and flexibility for any busy schedule.

For those who prefer an in-person experience, I also offer local sessions (Lakeland, FL) for a small additional fee.

1. One-Time Deep Dive $189

- A 2-hour focus session for immediate support. We’ll create a targeted wellness plan & step-by-step strategies tailored to your current needs.

2. Monthly Package $300*

This flexible coaching package enables you to tailor your health journey to your unique circumstances, goals, and lifestyle on a month-by-month basis. Whether you're focusing on nutrition, weight loss, stress management, or overall well-being, we’ll design a sustainable plan that works for you. 3 & 6-month packages are also available. (*Discounts offered on long-term packages.)

What’s included in your monthly package:

  • Coaching Sessions – Two, 1-hour bi-monthly coaching sessions. In each session, we’ll create a targeted action plan, or adjust casually as we go- you’re the boss.

  • Ongoing Support – Regular, in-between session check-ins, access to all resources, curated worksheets, and exclusive client-only giveaways.
